Delivery Options
In-Person Onsite Coaching
-
I come to your workplace on a recurring schedule (weekly, monthly, or as needed).
-
Employees meet with me privately in a space you provide, typically a spare office or meeting room.
Virtual Onsite Coaching
-
Same coaching, delivered remotely via secure video.
-
Employees can connect from their desks, a private meeting room, or from home. This reduces stigma and increases accessibility, especially for remote or hybrid teams.
Hybrid Onsite Coaching
-
A flexible mix of in-person and virtual sessions. For example, I can visit onsite once a week while offering virtual sessions in between.
-
This approach gives employees more choice and helps meet a wider range of needs across your team.
Bringing Coaching Into Your Workplace
