Pressure is real. Burnout doesn’t have to be the outcome.

 

People don’t burn out because they care too much or lack resilience.
They burn out when pressure accumulates faster than recovery can restore capacity.

 

I work with people inside organizations to help them understand how pressure is affecting mental health, decision-making, and performance, and to build systems that support recovery before collapse.
 

This work is grounded in decades of experience supporting leaders, teams, and employees through complexity, uncertainty, and sustained demand, and in the same framework explored in my book on burnout, capacity, and recovery.

How I Work

My consulting focuses on people, not abstract systems.
 

Organizations don’t experience burnout.
People do.

 

I partner with leaders, HR, wellness teams, and employees to create environments where:

  • Pressure is named early instead of hidden

  • Recovery is normalized rather than postponed

It’s about aligning expectations with human limits.
