About Thriving Minds
You are not broken. You are burned out.
You are tired. Not just from doing too much, but from holding too much.

The pressure. The pace. The expectations. The guilt. You have kept going even when you knew you were past empty.
I have been there. That is why I do this work.
This realization became the foundation of my work. Whether coaching athletes, consulting for businesses, or supporting individuals, I help people balance stress and recovery, build resilience, and thrive holistically across business, sport, and life.

Why I’m Here
I have seen what burnout takes from people. Their energy. Their clarity. Their confidence.
I have also seen how quickly we lose connection to what sustains us. Rest.
Thriving Minds exists because people do not need more productivity hacks or vague self-care tips.
They need a new rhythm that balances stress with rest.
Not just time off. Not just sleep. Real recovery, built into how we live, work, and lead.

What I Believe
Burnout is not a flaw in the person. It is a failure of recovery.
Rest is not weakness. It is a requirement.
And pushing through is not a sustainable strategy.

Here is what I do believe:
• Stress is not the enemy, but recovery must match the load
• Recovery is not a reward. It is part of the process
• Boundaries are protection, not selfishness
• Sustainable energy is not about doing less. It is about doing differently
• When you understand how stress and rest work together, you take back control

What I Do
I help people stop running on empty and learn to reset their energy before burnout takes over.
Through coaching, workshops, and consulting, I work with:
• People who feel burned out, stuck, or worn down by constant pressure
• Leaders who want to protect their energy and support others better
• Organizations ready to shift away from burnout as a norm

My work is grounded in science, built for real life, and designed to help people not just perform, but recover.

A Little About Me
I have coached high performers, caregivers, athletes, and leadership teams.
I have trained in behavior change, performance, and recovery systems.
I have also burned out myself.
That experience changed how I live, how I coach, and how I lead.
It taught me that recovery is not optional and that long-term performance only works when stress and rest are in balance.
